Lent has traditionally been a time to give additional attention to giving, fasting and praying. As part of our Lenten Worship services at McCabe, we will be taking a special monetary offering (in-person or online) for Heavens Helpers. As you consider giving something up during Lent, such as coffee or alcohol, we encourage you to set the money aside that you would have spent, and put it toward this cause. Heavens Helpers is a ministry in the Bismarck/Mandan area serving persons in the community through offering meals, laundry, showers, clothing, and more. A special thanks to Jack Willis and his example in inspiring us to support Heavens Helpers. Persons are also welcome to volunteer at Heavens Helpers.
